The Terms & Conditions of Newport Classic Cruises are listed below:

Once tickets are purchased:

• All tickets are refundable up to 48 hours prior to your cruise, with a $2.00 cancellation fee for each ticket.
• Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You may reschedule your tickets for another cruise (subject to availability) up to 24 hours in advance.
• No refunds will be awarded to no-shows.  Arriving late to the scheduled departure forfeits your tickets.

Most activities run in reasonable weather conditions, including light rain. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.

There is no smoking or vaping aboard our vessels.

You are not permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages aboard our vessels.

If you arrive late for your departure and miss the boat your ticket cannot be refunded.

Boarding may be denied if you arrive visibly intoxicated.

If you are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board our vessel the drugs will be confiscated and you will be handed over to the United States Coast Guard.

Service animals who perform a physical task are permitted; pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

We are not defined as an ADA compliant venue. If you require assistance to board our vessels please call us directly so we can fully understand if and how we can assist you. Please call 401-847-0000. If pre-boarding is deemed required, please plan to arrive early and check in early at our ticket window.

By purchasing our tickets you agree to the following terms:

• You acknowledge that sailing is inherently dangerous and waive all risks outside the reasonable control of the owners or operators of Newport Classic Cruises (NCC).
• You agree that NCC shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any person not employed by NCC or committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of employment.
• NCC shall have the benefit of all statues of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability.
• NCC shall not be liable to you for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering/anguish or psychological injury.
• LIMITATION ON TIME TO BRING SUIT: NCC shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after voyage. NCC shall not be liable for any other claims unless filed within six months after voyage.
• All disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this contract shall be litigated before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan or before a court located in New York County, New York.
